1) Once a gift basket has left our facility we will not accept returns. Processed gift baskets that are cancelled prior to leaving our facility are subject to a $15 restocking fee. A restocking fee will not be charged if a basket order is cancelled before it has been processed and shipped.

2) Attention Parents & Guardians: Gift Baskets and some of their contents are ornamental and may not be suitable for young children and may be a choking hazard. For the health & safety of children, adult discretion & supervision is necessary.

3) Due to heavy order volume, Build a Baby Basket, LLC^SM holds the right to substitute items when an ordered item is out of stock. Replacement items will be similar and of equal or greater value. If no replacement is available, a refund may be given for that item.

4) Wagons, Containers, Baskets with personalization, or gift items that have been personalized, cannot be returned. Cancellations of basket orders that have been processed are subject to a $15 cancellation/restocking/ materials fee.

5) Our baskets are not available for individual sale. This means that all items are only sold as part if a completed gift basket. Minimum purchase of 1 basket plus 3 items. Items on this site are not sold as a single item.

6) Minimum order is a basket of your choice, plus 1 item from 3 separate categories.

7) In our Pre-Made Baskets, substitutions may be made for items listed that are out of stock. Items substituted will be comparable to the item(s) they are replacing, and will be of equal or greater value to the items listed.

8) Our baskets are only available for shipment within the United States. Therefore, if you place an order and request that it be delivered outside the US, your order will be cancelled before it is processed.

9) We highly recommend sending our baskets to home addresses. *We do not recommend or take responsibility for baskets sent to hospitals.*
